Do you know the Rare Coin Market?

Not meant to malign or criticize in any fashion, but, I would appreciate it if someone in the know would look at the prices on this webpage big ticket acquisitions and tell me how reasonable these prices are generally speaking. I am most interested in the first page. Thanks

What exactly do you mean by "reasonable"? They're perfectly reasonable to multi-millionaires like me. image

    NOT!

What I find more astounding is how common-date, well-circulated coins get auctioned off at huge premiums because of hype and bidding fever. I've seen that phenomenon not only on eBay, but at live auctions as well.

I just looked over the $5 liberty's and they seem to be reasonably priced if they are stand up coins. mike

those are outstanding coins at high prices.

Of course, with coins of that caliber, you have to "throw out the sheets", don't you?

when there are no others available, the seller sets the price, and I don't think you can duplicate those offerings for less $$.

nice selection, but waaaay out of my league!
