Thinking about buying it for a type coin and not good at grading them.

I guess ms66 is not unreasonable then?
  • I don't own Walkers. I do like them to have full hands instead of a flat garbled thing in the center. image

    MS67 ?
  • Old people like me need a slightly bigger pic - but I could live with MS66 image
  • The pictures are a litttle blurry, and it would be hard to see any specifics such as die polishing, contact marks, or luster. But since I specialize in ms65 up Walkers here is my opinion, for what it's worth......

The strike looks completely full, with fully struck head, full thumb seperation, and 95% fully split reeds. If there are "no" contact marks in the fields, and "minimal" in the devices, I think this Walker would grade minimum ms66 and possibly ms67.image
  • From the picture, I concur with MS66.
We are finite beings, limited in all our powers, and, hence, our conclusions are not only relative, but they should ever be held subject to correction. Positive assurance is unattainable. The dogmatist is the only one who claims to possess absolute certainty.

    First POTD 9/19/05!!
