First, the meat was not cut with a sharp enough knife. I see rough ends on the outer edges and finer edges toward the center. These should all be even.
The bread looks OK however the placemnet of it is slightly off center as are the toothpicks. I like to see a more centered bread and toothpick placment.
The lower meat slab has overlapped the bread on the bottom toward the back. This is not acceptable for even a FS 8.0 grade.
Eye appeal is above average. Nice rouded meat effect between the bread slices.
I see little or no wear on the bread indicating a very newly made sandwich, always a good thing.
I think PCGS would " Body bag it" and take it home to eat.
NGC would give it a FS 8.0 They dont mind sloppy meats.
ANAcs would all it by its variety "Corned Beef Sandwich" and give it a FS 8.5
AGC would give it a UFS 10.0 Ultra Freash State and it would be eaten in the grading room.
What RGL said: "AU at best -- generous meat, needs more kraut and swiss ... "
See, if you really wanted to impress, you would have intermingled excessive amounts of saurkraut and swiss with the corned beef. If you do it just right you would be able to put the sammmach up to your mouth and just SSSQQUUUEEEZZZZEEEeeeeeee it from the bottom like an ice cream push-up and just chew, chew, chew until the innards are consumed and then finish off the cheesy-gooey-oily bread and wash the whole thing down with a litre and a half of nice stout beeeeeeahhhh!!!
Oh, and don't forget the ranch dressin' dippin' sauce.
Having seen the real thing at the Carnegie Deli in Manhattan I can tell you that is is cheap imitation counterfit. Needs twice the meat and the melted swiss slopping out the sides to even get to mint state. It's also missing the mandatory huge pickle! Or is that the Pastromi on Rye I'm unfairly comparing the corned beef sandwich to? Heck, now you have made me miss genuine New York Deli food which simply can't be matched anywhere else on this planet.
I had a Reuben yesterday for lunch at work. It wasn't bad for a Vend-O-Matic sandwich. This one looks much better, though.

wow, and nobody mentioned OT yet. Seems appropriate as i am the OT in the room....occupational therapist that is.
agree with the more meat. and loose the bread cause atkins wants it that way.
Family, kids, coins, sports (playing not watching), jet skiing, wakeboarding, Big Air....no one ever got hurt in the air....its the sudden stop that hurts. I hate Hurricane Sandy. I hate FEMA and i hate the blasted insurance companies.
A nice fresh piece with blast white bread and mayo. The grading service must be terrible to have put the "slab" (of meat) inside of this gem. I'm surprised it wasn't lunch"bagged" because of the holes caused by the toothpicks, but now it can be worn on the holy vest. I'm glad it's in good hands with Lord M., because I wouldn't be surprised if some unscrupulous individual would AT the bread by grilling it.

Looks like one I got at the Stage Deli in NYC.

One of my favorites is tons of corned beef.... Lotta sweet horseradish.... Mustard.....
Tastes SO good.... Until about a day later when you are in the bathroom and you get an unpleasant reminder of all that horseradish you ate........
Of course horseradish is nothing compared to pepper oil.

All in all, it seems to contain the three basic food groups.
Go for it ,with pickels, mustard and perhaps a bowl of soup.
