I was going through some coins and found this interesting piece. It was a US Mint product but I have no other info. Can anyone help identify?

This piece is exactly what it says on it -- a medal struck by the U.S. Mint and distributed in 1882 during the Pennsylvania bicentennial. They're very common (75,000 of this type were given away at a parade on the date given) but still very interesting. A slightly larger type is a little rarer, especially in gold (2 struck) and silver (100 struck). This one is 25 mm I assume -- that's the common type. But I think anything struck by the Mint in this period is worth more than a few dollars -- how many coin issues have a mintage of 75,000 and are worth less than $10?
