Grade this Roosie -- Giveaway!!! (We have a winner)

I need your help grading Roosies. What do you look for when grading Roosies? What determines a great strike! How many nicks are too many? And where do they count? etc, etc.

I know that the pics aren't that great, but I can tell you that this is a FB Roosie.

The giveaway is... The first person to guess the PCGS grade this coin received, with your opinion why... I will send you a PCGS graded 196? FB! Roosie.

Thanks for your help!!!

    MS66FB?
The strike looks pretty good, but could be better. There seems to be very few hits as well. The devices look pretty clean. Of course, it is kind of hard to tell from the picture.

Sure looks like a proof. I can't grade proofs well. So I'll guess PF 65. If it isn't a proof, I'll guess 67 FB.

What determines a great strike is usually seen in the strike of the torch and motto. If those are fully struck up and in bold relief, it's a great strike.

The flame on the torch is a little weak, the hair detail is a little weak. The bands don't look complete, but I'll accept what you say. I also look at the detail on the leaves on the reverse and at how well the cheek/jaw definition shows.

    Overall - MS66FB

    MS65FB

    Editted to add reason why
A few light ticks, some not attractive haziness, and MS66FB was already taken.

    Pr65 no FB

It has a few ticks, and the R in PLURIBUS has a little thing
The flame is also not 100%

Sorry, but I think the coin was bagged for environmental damage along the lower left reverse ... does appear to be a proof.

I'll talk out of my butt:

    Proof 66, not FB

    - Lower band is not defined, which is necessary for PCGS, however vertical bands are strong suggesting proof
    - Coin is struck slightly off-center which costs a point
    - No cameo
    - Lamination, or similar distraction in leaf just left of center
    - Low eye appeal
    - Tick in field right of base of torch

'itsnotjustme' you got it right, MS65FB. And that's what I'll send you (a 1962 PCGS MS65FB 10c) as soon as you PM me your mailing address.

I was expecting this coin to do a lot better, but I'm still learning. Thanks everyone!
