Warranty for defective slabs??

I just bought some PCGS coins and they appear to be off center 30-45 degrees in the slab. I believe it is the latest style slab. Tapping it isn't going to move those suckers. What is the best way to reslab without grading?

I can think of a dozen reasons not to have high capacity magazines, but it's the reasons I haven't thought about that I need them.

    We try to slab them straight but sometimes they rotate in the holder. Tapping the holder gently on the carpet will almost always rotate the coin back to the straight position.
