Has anyone had trouble with mintxpress?

My check cleared on 10/7 and still no card. I have emailed twice with no replies. Any suggestions.

slow on shipping and slow on emailing, might be a phone number on their website

I had trouble with them but we worked it out.
I should have asked to back out of my winnings I was so upset.
They made good for it however and that was why I followed through.

My check cleared on 10/8 and after 2 emails with no reply - it arrived today. Little slow - but well packaged and here, in my hands....

Yeah, they once told me they didn't receive a USPS money order I had sent them. I waited the requisite 30 days or whatever it was and had the postal service issue another M.O. Turns out they had cashed the original but never sent the cards and then also cashed the replacement. I received a bill from the USPS, but at least mintxpress was good about refunding me the amount of the money order so I could pay back the post office. Still, it was kind of a pain in the rear and not something I'd expect from a fairly high-profile outfit. That said, I don't think it would prevent me from bidding in their auctions if it was for something I really needed.

I dealt with them twice and both times took almost a month to receive items. They never responded to emails, I called them to get status.
