I have seen (we have one at the shop) those made out of Trade Dollars, that is the 1st Morgan I have seen.
It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

I've seen Morgans, Columbian halves and a few seated (both dollars and halves). I think they are interesting but that one doesn't appear to be a well made piece.
