When do the 2003 coins become "reqiured" in registry sets? 1-1-04? Also if tied for a "place" does it make any
difference how much earlier you are in completing the 2003 non-required coins for placement?

    The date is after 1/1, but I do not remember how much later (not much). I think ties are based on when the set was registered, not when the last coin was put in.
