We just want to sell our merchandise in a fair way. Those who give negative feedback without careful and sincere analysis of the situation and communication with us need to realize that they will receive negative feedback in return.

Wonder if the seller got burned in the past?

On occasion I've seen a buyer leave negative feedback only to apologize for his neg in a follow-up response. I'd be ticked off if this happened to me.
