He has ZERO Negative feedback in his past 300 transactions. The 2 Negative feedbacks he has on his 4th page (of 100ea.) are pretty lame. One on the buy side and the other saying a nickel did not make MS-67FS. I'm sorry, but someone looking for a 67FS, raw on Ebay, probably doesn't know the difference anyway.
In the last 6 months, he has 469 feedback transactions, with just 3 Negative feedbacks. Plenty of quality buyers and sellers in his feedback!! I wouldn't let his feedback preclude me from bidding on his auctions.
Plenty of quality buyers? Maybe if you assume that a quality buyer is someone who knows little about coins and has a willingness to pay. It just may be that if 95% of the ebay buyers are very unknowlegeable, then it would imply that a 95% FB rate is actually a 0% FB rate when selling to those who know what they are doing.
To me, that's why a 95-98% FB rate for anyone with over 100 FB's is potentially quite telling. That 98% rate indicates that 40% of the knowledgeable buyers have a problem with you. The other 60% don't. And the newbies are always in 100% agreement with the seller. Have a nice ebay day
