W560 Playing Cards

Is anyone familiar with this issue? I know it was a multi-sport issue from 1927 or 1928. SCD says it was not a traditional strip card issue like the rest of the W series, but that is often offered in 4x4 sheets. PSA has never graded any, but SGC has. I'd like to know how safe I am buying singles (or even SGC singles) that they were not recently cut from one of the 16-card sheets. Singles seem to sell pretty poorly on eBay. The reason I'm interested is that it contains a pre-rookie of football HOFer Ken Strong. Thanks in advance,
