    Yes Tassa, it appears to be a stike-through (although not a dramatic one). Viewing it with better magnification would be helpful.

    If there appears to be no metal movement to the sides of the area of question, it's likely a strike-through as opposed to a bagmark.

    It looks like a really bad staple scratch to me. Notice how the foot of the 2 is cut away.
    Change that we can believe in is that change which is 90% silver.

    Well I completely missed the obvious...it's in a GSA holder....hahahahah highly unlikely that it's a staple scratch then. image
