Thanks for posting that. Always nice to read about pre-war hockey. Are you going to the Expo in Toronto?

Cool. I'd never seen that first article, but remember coming across the second shortly after I picked up my PSA 6 C56 Art Ross, which was the card that really started it all for me. You working on a '36-37 set, murcerfan?

Indeed I am. I always love a challenge. Just grabbed a few in Montreal last night.
one of these days, after some more progress, I'll post scans of my set.
These cards look really good in PSA holders, but Darth Grader doesn't seem to like them very much, perhaps it's the bi-lingual thing image
  • murcefan,

even though you hate my beloved Sox I'd be happy to take any pre-war hockey HOFers off your hands if and/or when you have any available image
There is a fine line between "hobby" and "mental illness"

You have it all wrong...The Yankee Nation doesn't hate the sox nor their fans, we just can't handle the idea of losing to the sox. It's just something that's hard to wrap your mind around, sorta like women playing hockey..............I like to call it Chix wit Stix. (hey, maybe if they shaved their heads....nah)
