What would you grade this one? Is the scan good enough?

Probably 65 if the scratches in the cheek and field area are on the holder.

looks like one I got bodybagged for cleaning ~ if the scratches are on the coin,

If the scan is "good enough", I really don't like the look of that coin and agree that it could be bagged. Hopefully it's the scan and not the coin.
