Help - Current Quarterly Free Grading - what and how?

Can anyone tell me what the current quarterly free grading coin type is.

Also, how does one go about submitting a coin under this program. Is it submitted on a separate invoice by itself? Does one have to identify the submission under this program in any special way on the paperwork?

Thanks in advance.

  • I guess you are talking about the free grading for a coin that commemorates 100 years of something. Like the new First Flight coins (commemorating 100 years since the first flight). I think it listed the 1909 Lincoln penny and a bunch of commemorative coins that fit this category. I submitted a uncirculated gold First Flight $10 coin. I just put it on a regular submission sheet and wrote "free centennial coin grading, Collectors Club."

  • Thanks BBC,

This topic was the reason for my query to you on another thread you had posted regarding the new $10 Commems. Do you think I should submit the freebie own a separate form? Again, thanks.
