player set composition

i was wondering where psa comes up with the cards that are included in the registry's player sets. I was going to start an emmitt smith set on the registry. the problem is, most of the graded cards i have aren't included on either the basic or the master set. seems kind of odd. anyone else run into this problem??

They only update the composition of the sets when someone asks. Probably, most of the cards you have that aren't in the set had never been graded when the set was first uploaded.
