which is nothing new. I went to the PCGS submission guide because I'd like to submit some U.S.Mint proof set (5 coiners) post 65. I'd like the cheapest possible submission rate. I can wait!. eg: 1992 mint proof set...HOW MUCH WOULD IT COST ME TO SUBMIT...I must not be reading the submission guide correctly...imageimage
