I've had coins DNC'd & Body Bagged before but never a tag like that. I think it's sorta cool that they at least verify the variety.
Notice the numbers on the insert: 82869.92/21353941 - The 82869 is the coin number for the 1960-D S/L in RD. The .## after the coin number usually designates the grade. In this case it is .92. The 92 must be an internal code for "cleaned". I think 97 is for environmental damage, etc. The cert number IS in their database although under grade it says "cleaning".

Since our REAL specialty is travel, you have to understand that the mindset of travel purchasers is VERY LEGALISTIC (mostly due to the way the airlines will screw you if you give them the slightest opportunity to at the very first chance & people are VERY leery of getting burned on travel so we go out of our way to make sure all important info is up front). Sorry if that "style" carries over to our coin listings
1. Click the "link" above - or even this one: link
2. Click the first picture you see OR the words under that picture that says "Go to larger picture" with the big blue arrow pointing down to the left of the words.
3. This is the tricky part , click where it says "Click For More Pictures" under the picture you're looking at.
4. Click the "back" button on your browser to go back to the top (but BELOW the picture in step 2) OR click the word "Here" above the picture from step 3 where it says "Click Back button on browser or Here to go back to top"
If you visit PCGS' Grading Standards page, in the lower half they define the codes. 92 is cleaning and 93 is planchet flaw. Enjoy!
