Ticket grading?

Anyone hear when an ETA for submitting tickets is?
I tried emailing PSA directly but haven't heard back in over a week's time.

    I asked the same question last week. Gayle said if it fits in a regular or tall-boy holder, PSA will grade it. That leaves a lot of tickets that don't fit those holders. Disappointing.

    I have an autographed ticket stub. Do I send that to PSA/DNA?
