I would like to know if PCGS will grade fractional gold. I have a 1863 Octagonal $1 BG-1307, Rarity 4, Liberty Head, Herman Kroll variety.

Hi Dave...We do not grade the Kroll BG gold. They are private issues made in the 20th Century, mostly in New York. There aren't really California gold coins.
