I have several of Rod Carew from different stores around the country.
If you have any Carew's, get wit me.
edited to add:
These are not super rare. Top stars go for $4-$10 nrmt/mt.
I think on the registry these are the:
1977 MSA CUSTOMIZED SPORTS DISCS

The MSA Customized Sports discs are actually stamped on the back with promotional materials for the MSA corporation to help other companies obtain discs specialized for their operation -- they are not blank backed. I have a Schmidt example -- but I think it may be at my home in Philly -- so I'm not sure when I can provide a scan. The blank back ones are something different -- I think they are just MSA discs -- but they are definitely not the customized discs, at least how PSA grades them.
You didn't state that you knew they were Carousel on your first post. You asked WHAT they were????
Anyway, check Ebay for values. I have Carew's from about 8 different stors all NRMT/MT and I have
never paid more than $10. I have seen Rose and Aaron go for similar amounts.
Maybe Zisk is a tougher player? I would understand $40 if it was the Red Barn variety.
MS,
I would like to see a scan. I have Carew discs of all types and always considered the blank backs the "customized"
version and though the Registry listed the Carousel as customized. Becasue there are no listings for the
Carousel variety.
Drew, check out my disc page here to see if this helps:

Update:
I did find 1976 Carousel entries on the POP report for Ryan and Aaron.
