Folks-
Sorry to be off topic, but I wanted to warn you that someone is again sending out e-mails in eBay's name. I received an e-mail this morning (from aw-confirm@eBay.com), stating that my eBay account had been suspended due to a policy violation (misreprentation of identity). It also stated that until I filled out a form and proved that I was indeed the person who owned the account, that I would not be able to bid or sell on eBay.
At the bottom of the e-mail it had a few boxes to enter my username and password in order to access this "form" for me to fill out. Needless to say, I didn't reply!
Long story short, be careful and report anything like this to eBay Customer Service!
Scott
P.S.- Here's a copy of the body of the e-mail...

My Auctions
I get these e-mails everyweek. The first time I reacted to it and had 4 harley davidsons for sale under my account. If you sent in your user id and password, follow these steps.
1 - Change your eBay and Paypal password immediately.
2 - Cancel the auctions posted under your account (if any).
3 - Make sure your Paypal account wasn't abused (bank transfers and credit card)
4 - Click on the "Live Help" symbol found on eBay's home page and report the issue. They will post credits on listing fees for any auctions placed under your account. You'll need to forward them the e-mail you received and provide the auction id numbers.
If this happend to you move fast before you have some real hassles. Most of the e-mails I get like this are asked me to verify my account information for a security process by giving my user id and password.
I also saw a friend who had 100 plasma tv's listed on his account where his id was stolen. major hassel for him to get it all fixed.
BE SAFE AND NEVER REPLY TO A WEBSITE THROUGH AN EMAIL!!!!
