  • you didn't do that bad..

Nick Van Exel will get more playing time in Golden State and will definitely have good numbers -- definite keeper
Vince Carter -- eh, hopefully he gets back into the old Vince-like shape and play extremely well... he is injury prone
David Wesley -- actually puts up solid numbers, that really all that bad...
James Posey -- not really all that great.. decent numbers.. playing time may slip
    Chris Webber -- solid pick
Pau Gasol -- another solid pick, will only get better
    Shaq -- obvious solid pick
Dale Davis -- not bad, but not all that great..
Shareef -- star of the Atlanta team.. Glenn Robinson is gone so Shareef will have better numbers
Amare Stoudemire -- I really like this pick -- he was playing all last season on a minor injury, messed up toe.. which is now fixed, he will play ALOT better
Anthony Peeler -- will see little playing time in Sacramento
Howard Eisley -- don't like this pick at all
Bo Outlaw -- more of a role player now, not great numbers.. you don't get points for hustle.. drop him

    Sleeper picks if available

ALONZO MOURNING - he was available and undrafted in my league.. look for him to come back and play great for the Nets

T.J. FORD -- great pick up at point guard.. will have solid numbers starting for the Bucks

DWYANE WADE -- another rookie that will see major playing time

KWAME BROWN -- could be a great pick up at the center spot.. might even be great to replace Davis if Mourning isn't there.. will see more playing time, and has shown a great ability in reboudning and blocking shots.. decent scorer.. he will improve

MEHMET OKUR/DARKO MILICIC --- I say them at the same time because they both could be nice pick ups.. but the Pistons have a log jam in the front court.. Ben Wallace and Elden Campbell are going to be the starters... Darko or Okur could come in and have solid games.. might want to pick up one of them and sit on the bench for awhile just to see.. otherwise, it may be too late

    BUST PICKS -- STAY AWAY

Darius Miles -- he will probably be available and may be a tempting pick up.. but with LeBron James stealing the spotlight and Ricky Davis the next go to guy, look for Miles to simply come off the bench and his numbers drop even more

Jay Williams -- he won't even play this season.. in case you didn't know.. so stay away

Damon Stoudamire -- too many off the court problems, huge distraction.. his numbers will slip

Vin Baker -- might be a nice pick up, but better to stay away... his playing has slipped over the past few years.. he just had tons of problems off the court.. might be nice to keep on the bench for awhile just to see, but probably not a great pick

  • rumors floatin around that if the Knicks sign Mutombo they will turn around and trade Kurt Thomas and Charlie Ward for Van Exel.

not sure if that would help/hurt Van Exels fantasy #'s. my guess would be they stay somewhat the same
