    How can he post the minimum price willing to pay? Would the minimum price not be 5 cents? Wouldn't it be max price willing to pay to drum out these pop 1 and 2 type coins? He would probably not do that because that would be "giving error" and anything else would seem meaningless in my opinion. maybe you can expalin that one works a little better?
