    Gorgeous set you have there!

DK who got that MS65--got it at a good price, if he let it go for that!

  • BS [appropriate initials] really stokes the hype on his auctions. He uses the PCGS price guide [isn't this copyrighted?] only when it is to his benefit and from the likes of it I see mostly uninformed buyers buying his overpriced consignment coins.

I did not buy the coin nor would I buy anything from the man. To call himself "Credible, Ethical, & Honest
    " is a joke.

BTW, I see he now has copied the logo type and format used by Legend Num. Not a surprise.

    Shop elsewhere.

    Sorry I missed that one!!!

  • Craig, Didn't necessarily think it was you that bought the 32d, however it did cross my mind.image It's not often you see a 32d in MS65 come up for sale. Heaven knows, I'm having a hard enough time locating an MS63!image

Noticed a mutual friend of ours added a nice 56d to his set in MS67. Curious, which one did you decide to keep? BTW, nice looking 38p you scarfed up yesterday. Had my eyes on that one also but my daughter flew in from California and I completely forgot about it. Just as well, you probably would have won it anyway but for a few dollars more.image

YES. I was hoping you would keep that one...........course no doubt the "other" buyer was probably hoping that was the coin you were electing to sell! Super coin and I'm VERY glad your efforts paid off with may be the most appealing 56D in a PCGS MS67 holder bar none!......least to a color-blind guy like myself!

If I had it my way, stupidity would be painful!

Craig & Craig: I can't wait to see this colorful coin one day. The 56(d) I have in my set right now is the ex Bob Z / Epstein / Benbow example (ask Bob if he remembers that 56(d) next time you speak with him). The most incredible rainbow toned 56(d) I have ever seen and closer to MS68 than MS67 image

Guys, you're talking "color" again. Just to refresh my memory, was there a preference for mint state washingtons -- white or color? cheers, alan
