this league will have the same settings as the public leagues w/ 12 teams. the prizes are as follows:

1st place - 6 autos
2nd place - 2 autos
3rd place - 1 auto

autos are of semistars. semistars should be players like gilbert arenas, richard hamilton, shawn marion, etc.

I'm interested. One question, if Shawn Marion is your idea of a semistar, considering he's one of the 15 or so best players in the NBA, who's a star? Just TMac, Kobe, and KG?

but, dont just give the overall winner all the autos, give him 6, next 3-4 whatever and so the 1-3 top winners win cards.

And you have to have a moderator, one who everyone sends their autos to.

Just trying to clarify how expensive a card I'd need to buy, unless Elvin Hayes would work. I still want in. The 6-2-1 thing is a good idea.

Book value is just a guide. I have a card that books for $25, and I can't understand why its worth even 50 cents. The best way to me is for those involved to name there cards and to allow the participants to weigh in whether the cards are acceptable. For instance I would have been thrilled to get Big E out of that pack , except I already had his auto obtained in person, he was the only player in that group I already had. (By the way the $25 junk card is a 2001 Mike Penberthy Rookie F/x card from SP authentic, he played in about 30 nba games, but its numbered).

there won't be a league for CU after all. i tried to sign up for the league today but all the times they had (for the draft) were in the morning. and they don't have any morning for weekends so it's off.
