Is "Pedigreed" Automatically "Registry Worhty" - Even If NOT Top Pop Or 1 Less?

This is intended to be funny. With all the discussion of "Registry Worthieness" with respect to whether or not a coin can/should be offered on the registry forum AND with the general consensus that if it is top pop or maybe 1 less or so, it's OK, I pose the question in the title to see if the consensus IS ALSO to allow this "exception" to the top pop (or so) requirement:

Is "Pedigreed" Automatically "Registry Worhty" - Even If NOT Top Pop Or 1 Less?

Reason I thought to ask is 'cause I've listed a LaBute 1941 DD Lincoln Cent in the lowly grade of FINE 12 (but hey, there are ONLY 36 EVER graded by PCGS in ALL grades image - perhaps there should be a low pop exception too??? image ) and don't want to offend... image imageimage

Thanks,

Roger

If a coin is in a PCGS holder and has a registry it can be registered in, then it is "Registry Worthy" and those who use this board as an advertising medium can sell them here. Why does it have to be top pop to sell here?

(If a coin is pedigreed, and fits the above criteria, then it is "Registry Worthy". The peidree has nothing to do with it.)
