Better deal on PSA submissions?

Hey guys. I have read some threads with some people mentioning that they get better prices on bulk submissions. How does one go about getting better rates and generally speaking how many cards do you need to submit? Any input would be appreciated. Thanks

Whenever I've called PSA about asking for a volume discount, I've been told that they really don't do much on vintage unless you're hitting the 1000 mark or better. You're best bet is to hook up with a real heavy bulk submitter in your area and submit through them. Where are you located?
I've found that more often than not, its worth waiting for a registry or collectors club special to send in - so I only send in a couple times per year.
Hopefully, if you post a location on these boards, someone will be able to send you a private message with the name of a bulk submitter who might be able to help you out. Most folks who either have deals or know someone who gets one are hesitant to publish it publicly.

This sounds familiar. Where have I heard this before?
I was told by PSA that I shouldn't even ask for a deiscount unless I am submitting at least 1,000 cards. They refused to quote me a price unless I confirmed an order. Needless to say they did nothing to entice me to go for a deal.
I know a couple of people that live in the NJ area that submit in bulk and may be willing to cut a deal with you. If you don't want to provide how many cards you are submitting here, vintage or modern, and stars or commons, e-mail me at jdc122@aol.com and I will try to help.
