What can I do?


I have tried for over a week to register one of my new coins from Long Beach. The previous owner has not taken it off his set. I emailed customer service right away and they said that they would send an email to the previous owner. That was a week ago. I just tried again tonight to register the coin and still can't. Do I have any other recourse other than to wait?

  • JKC- Give a call to Gayle Kean at PCGS. She helped me a few years ago. I had to make a photo copy of the coin label...mail it down to PCGS...and was then able to add the coin once it was removed. Give it a shot, and call up PCGS and see what hoops they need you to jump thru.
