The Perils of Poor Photographic Skills

What an unfortunate accident has befallen this seller:

1972 Carew IA

Do you see what's happened?
He has inadvertently omitted the grade (and whether it has an OC qualifier) and the cert. number from the photo so that, unfortunately, one can't cross-check its accuracy and authenticity.

Oh dear, tut-tut, will his face be red when he noticesimage

If this guy's offering this as a 7, it's probably legit. After all, if it's a hose job he'd probably just make it an 8 at least, so he can get a bigger pile of cash. He'll get beat down on the price as well because of his crappy scan. Now watch, a nice NM 7 of a high # HOF will go for 10 bucks.
  • I dropped the guy a note and asked for the cert #. His response was 30520328.
