Hi. Just wanted to ask about the 1999 1c MS69RD. You noted it had a small toning spot. Wouldn't this be a great candidate for "regrade guaranty" at PCGS?

Ken: I try to make my descriptions such that the winning bidders are pleasantly surprised rather than dissapointed. The "spot" is very tiny and the coin may, or may not, qualify for grade review. But, you raise an interesting concept. Perhaps I will try to show the coin to PCGS over the next 10 days just to confirm they are fine with it, as is. Thanks for the comment

I think that is a great idea of yours, about checking into it with PCGS. Anyone can tell by the bids on your auctions, as to your credibility
