Collector finds 2003 nickel error

Collector Richard G. Solak of Mentor on the Lake, Ohio, reported his find of an error nickel found in a 2003 silver proof set. The nickel has a rotated reverse, and has been certified by Numismatic Guaranty Corporation of America as Proof-69 Ultra Cameo.
The coin is rotated counterclockwise.
