Do any of you know the outcome of the 23 june 03 sentencing??? I really never followed the process, I bought a few 61 commons in (8), from them, they all looked ok.

Please explain this to me: What is the difference between a company that switches cards in PSA holders and then resells them and PSA giving higher grades to cards that are resubmitted? I am assuming that the WIWAG switched cards were very close in grade. My guess is that they switched an 8 with a 7 and 9 with an 8. If you resubmit a card that was originally a 7 and now is an 8 what is the difference? It's just somebody else doing the switching.
    Think about it.
    Chad.
