cool page Carl, but I think you have the mintages on the matte issues mixed up...97 was the low mintage, at 25k...94 was more like 63k or less, but not less than 50K..

someone help here?

Thanks Bill. I just double checked my red book and you are absolutely right. The '97 SMS is more expensive too, so that confirms it. I will get that corrected very shortly. Thanks again.

I particularly like the frosted 1938 nickel you have in the Fun with Coins, Jefferson Nickels section.

Very Nice

In general, you have some excellent images. Does this mean you have a new camera or camera set up? I still need to choose one...

I've been using the same camera for a year or so now. I do have some older scans laying around so the camera is an improvement over that. However if things go well I hope to upgrade my camera next year. It still takes me several tries to get acceptable photos sometimes...

Nice score on that wild purple proof Jeff Allen!!! I had one slabbed by PCGS, then JB had a bunch slabbed then it seemed the door was shut. Both NGC and PCGS body bagged several. Now you got one slabbed!

I believe those are bringing more than $100 in slabs. I thought that one was way better than 65 and NGC agrees. I had one returned by someone who was disappointed NGC bagged it, but then went on to say the coin was no way a 65. Ha!

BTW I have a darker one, raw, on eBay right now. It currently has only 1 bidder.
