David,

Do you have any quality controls in place to ensure consistent grading (e.g. submitting the same set of coins for grading without the knowlege of the graders, to test if they grade the same and/or detect problem coins)?

    Steve...Since Day One we have used many different methods to continualy test and help our graders. We have run the same coins thru the grading run numerous times and scored the graders on their consistency. We have had many variations of the "Grader Report," which shows graders how they perform versus the final grade. Graderfeedback is an important part of the process.
