Wow! The pops of early S Lincoln Cents went even lower!

Wow, I think most if not all S Lincoln Cents from 1917-1927 have lower pops now in 64rd. 17-s went from 46 to 45, 19-s went from 99 to 90, 23-s went from 58 to 53, 24-s went from 60something to 57, 26-s went from 63 to 60 and 27-s went from 94-91. Maybe these are from that 3000 insert hoard that Wondercoin was talking about?
