SCD slabs counterfeit?????

is it possible that this card is a counterfeit being it was slabbed and authenticated by SCD?? to my knowledge all counterfeit emmit smiths are missing the burger king logo in the top right hand corner, like this SCD 8.5. i'm interested in any light someone could shed on the issue. i've linked the two different versions.
