What relayer said. The law of averages dictates that even ACG will get one right once in a while.

They've been correct twice. I crossed a Sesqui from ACG MS-63 to PCGS MS-63.

I cracked out an ACG ms63 1963 Indian Cent. The grade was absolutely right (actually a nice coin for the grade too). I put it in a Whitman plastic 2x2, which I wouldn't recommend for CN pennies. It cracked the case.
