yes, and they will simply label it "Toned" unless it is a blatant AT job, then they will say "artificially toned", or "cleaned and retoned"

Yes, SEGS will grade & slab an AT job and not even designate it as such.

Relayer: I've seen Tonecoin2003 offer PCI; PCGS and NGC but not SEGS (yet!). SEGS will grade AT (as the others do).
Tonecoin2003 recently had a PCI holder MS64 (I think it was MS64?) toned coin close yesterday for around $250.00.

Dang that guy is getting more annoying all the time. I've seen him selling slabs now, but I can't say for certain any were SEGS.

But now that he's discovered slabbing his crap brings more money he'll probably make $150,000 this year.

Anybody know any IRS agents?
