First Ever Bump Up in Grade

I resubmitted a 1974 Dave Parker that I cracked out of a PSA 9 (PD) holder. I originally submitted the card and couldn't, for the life of me, figure out why it received the 'PD' qualifier. Well my grades just posted and it came back a 9 NQ! It's not a blue chip card but it will make a nice addition to my set and is a satisfying first time resubmission success.
