Morris: Who knows - he may have been told exactly what he said by the (2) grading companies. It is so tough to judge quality of coins from a scan - especially that one. But, one thing for sure - no 1978(s) Roosie I have ever seen could be considered a MINT STATE 69

I e-mailed the seller and asked if I could view the set. There with in 100 miles of me and you never know,
So I figured why not. Here is there reply
