1972 Topps Football guys

I just got my 5 day submitions grades today and I recieved a 1of1 1972 George Blanda PSA 9 there have been 55 cards graded with no 9's but mine. I am very happy with my other grades as well. What should I do with it? Is it a hard card to find, I know its allways oc but is it a tough card?

Its #235 From the 1972 Topps set. Any Idea what its worth?
