David,
I know ya'll have got a set of lawyers looking at everything you do but as a 20+ year banker (now retired due to a spinal infirmity), you need to keep the "CYA" theory in mind. There's been many an instance where someone's been sued because "Due Dilligence" wasn't practiced and if you got any of the coins Flash/Matt described in, and graded them without exercising that 'Due Dilligence', you may have some liability. I hope you've addressed this long beforemy 2 cents worth here.
