do multiplayer cards fit on HOF sets?

can multiplayer cards (league leaders, HR leaders, etc etc) be used in HOF sets? if so, can the same card be used more than once? take a 1964 Topps LL #7 card, both featuring Clemente and Hank Aaron......would it count as both an RC and a HA card?

Yes. Multiplayer cards can be used in HOF sets (at least from my experience). I have also used the same "leaders card" for two different players in the same set. Although I've done this, I think PSA should change the policy on it and not allow the same card to be used in the same set for two different players (maybe they have already - I haven't checked the HOF set lately and I deleted a lot of cards from my set anyway).

They may "fit". But it's morally wrong.
