I cracked out a couple dozen PCGS-MS67 Kennedy half Dollars and resubmitted them raw, because I thought several had a chance to grade MS68. I was correct and several coins did regrade MS68, but, (5) coins also regraded MS66. These (5) coins (all 1999(p) Kennedy half dollars now in PCGS-MS66 holders) are absolutely sensational for grade. I have done enough with these Kennedys, so first $45 gets all (5) of these freshly graded 1999(p) PCGS-MS66 Kennedys, which will likely compare favorably to anything you have seen in this date in the grade of MS67. If you were to use these (5) coins as your grading tool for grading late date MS Kennedys, you couldn't find higher quality coins to use as your guide I believe.
