4 pack break of Ultimate football

I posted this last night on the Beckett boards but I figured some of you dont go there so I will post it here too.

You will understand why I call it a 4 pack break rather then a box break in just a second.
I went to local shop and decided I wanted to try Ultimate collection. In the past with the Baseball and Basketball versions of this stuff I have had much better luck in packs then buying the whole box. I opened the first pack and got the following cards.

Peyton Manning base
Jay Fiedler base
Bobby Wade rc 584/750
Randy Moss patch card 102/175 (3 Color patch)

Not bad. Pulled the patch card the first pack. But.....there are still 2 autos so I press on to pack 2

Jeff Garcia base
Tom Brady base
Juston Wood rc 732/750
Brad Banks Ultimate signatures auto

Ouch!!!!! That one hurt. Still pissed about the last pack I decide to buy the last two packs and just pay the box price rather then the per pack price. The shop owner hands me the last two packs and I open the third

Donovan Mcnabb base
Tomlinson parallel base 69/75
Dual game jersey Clinton Portis/Terrell Davis 68/250
Seneca Wallace auto rc 62/250

At this point I was thinking out loud to the shop owner that I kinda wish I wouldnt have asked for the whole box because I knew I had not seen a regular jersey numbered out of 250 yet so I figured that was what was left since I had gotten a dual jersey, 2 autos and a patch.

At this time the shop owner, who likes to play mind games with me, tells me that if I want to I can give him the last pack out of my box and he will just add it to the new box he was getting ready to pack out in the store. I told him yes right away and picked the third pack in the new box. I got the following cards out of the fourth pack.

Aaron Brooks jersey 128/250
Ricky Williams jersey 157/250
Bryant Johnson rc parallel 61/75
Seneca Wallace auto rc parallel 1/25!!!!!!!!!!

Needless to say I was very happy I had taken the owner up on his offer but....I still wonder what was in that pack that I gave up. If I wouldnt have blown my whole wad of cash of the box I would have gotten it. I told him to try and keep track of it to see if the guy who buys it buys it in the shop to see if I gave up even something greater then what I got. Thanks for reading.

welp......I guess you are a Senaca Wallace fan now? LOL It is very hard to get your money
back on ultimate...even more on 4 boxes. Are you telling me that you aren't even guarenteed
an auto in these?

I was thinking the same thing Stalin. I will be watching the Seahawks closely now. All I can hope for is that Hassleback and Dilfer both develope some kind wierd illness that will put them both out for about a month or so and then Wallace can shine. He will play so well that the coach couldnt possibly put the other two guys back in. It could happen right????????

stalin - there are 4 packs or boxes you can say in each box. in those 4 packs you are suppose to get a minimum of 2 autos and 3 game used per box and there is a rc in each pack (box).
