We ripped a box of 2003 Donruss Classics Football. This is a real nice product. We pulled some nice inserts of star players & didn't get too many dups of the base set either. The key pulls are listed below:

    Thanks for the nice comments. This was our 1st NFL box break of the 2003 season ! WOW, what a nice welcome back ! Can't wait to see what our next box breaks hold, if this is any indication.

    We have been finishing our NHL sets from 2002-2003 & finally had the chance for some football. For now, we are going to put the Montana Auto into our personal collection. Having such an awesome card of a great player is quite an honor !

    Down the road, we might consider trading it, but not right now.

    Do you have a card shop in Roanoke? My Mom lives there, and if so, I'll come by and check out the Dorsett Jsy card. Unless you want to throw it up on eBay--in which case I'll probably bid.
    I collect Vintage Cards, Commemorative Sets, and way too many vintage and modern player collections in Baseball (180 players), Football (175 players), and Basketball (87 players). Also have a Dallas Cowboy team collection.

    donruss isnt to bad with redemptions i dont think

    Donruss is lightning fast compared to Upper Deck. We had a redemption with Donruss a few years ago & we got the card in about 4 weeks. With Donruss, they even give you a choice on how long you might want to wait for the card; it tells you to circle either up to 4 or 8 months. If the player hasn't returned the cards by the time frame you chose, Donruss will send you a comparable card.

    When we tried to redeem a card with Upper Deck, it took almost a year & repeated phone calls, emails & the like before we ever got it.
    We swore NEVER to buy another UD product that had any redemptions in it. So far, it's worked out just fine. It's nice not to have to worry whether a company is going to keep thier word or not.
