So how long is that 25S going to be on hold???
    My Lincoln Registry
    My Collection of Old Holders

Never a slave to one plastic brand will I ever be.
  • Coinbuf- A fellow board member stepped up and purchased the 26-S in MS64RB a few weeks back. It was the most beautiful coin in my collection......but I got caught up in the game of having RED coins only...so it was sold. He spent some bucks on that coin...and needed some time to raise the cash for the 25-S. He will make payment on 10/01 I have been told. So.......I expect it will only be on hold one more week. He was polite, cordial, I liked talking with him, and his word is good......so I agreed to give him the time.....even though others expressed an interest after he asked if I would hold it for him.

    On another note.......
I had the 42 PR65RD on hold for a month......while the board member told me he would make payment several times....and then even told me he had sent a M.O. to me. Well.......it is no longer on hold because I never received payment......and he won't respond to my email or PM's over the last few weeks. We get all kinds on the board. It reminds me of a Clint Eastwood movie......The Good, the Bad, and the Ugly.

If anybody else wants to play....I have some more coins for sale.
