My big Find

I have finally stubled across a nice coin i never thought i as a 20 yr old could ever afford.
i located a 1927 $20 gold coin forsale in Ef-40 grade (ungraded but the red book grade shows at least ef -40) and for this coin they wanted $385.00 itold them id take it and the money is getting set to go out. i can send photos to whom ever would liek to check the coin out but i am impressed i can find a coin like this so cheap. what do you all think

    I think first you ought to ask yourself what I just quoted about 10 times. Hope it works out for you.

  • i went online that night for 1 coin. i didnt even get to looking for it when i found this. im still in shock that i got it. the coin i was after was a 1912 penny in g-4 grade. glad i didnt just go for that

    You can buy many lower grade gold coins at the gold price. Its a good way to collect some neat coins that will always be worth the gold content. Sometimes even mint state.
    I bought a 1877-s $20 lib for $20 over spot gold in a pcgs au55 holder.

    A word of caution... be sure it is real.

  • ive dealt with this guy for well over 2 years. hes been very honest . and been in the past been willing to find a payment plan on any coin i couldnt afford. if i need a coin held a week or 2 he allows me to. but its all in the name of fun. i hope this leads to more gold coins
